Returns

1. Product Compatibility & Guidelines

• Product compatibility and technical requirements will be discussed with the client prior to order confirmation.
• It is the client's responsibility to ensure the product purchased meets their intended application.

2. Eligibility for Return

• Returns are strictly permitted only in cases of defects in the working condition of the product.
• Products that have been used and returned without any defects will not be accepted under any circumstances.

3. Return & Replacement Process

• A replacement or refund will be processed only after the defective product is received, inspected, and verified by our team.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging and condition to prevent damage during transit.

4. Uncollected Deliveries

• Products returned to us by the logistics partner due to non-collection by the client will not be treated as a return.
• In such instances, Visual Media System will re-initiate delivery to the client at their cost.

5. Return Timeline

• Defective products must be shipped back to Visual Media System within three (3) days of receipt.
• Products returned after four (4) days of receipt will not be accepted.

6. Refund / Replacement Timeline

• Upon receipt and verification of the defective product, a refund or replacement will be initiated within seven (7) working days.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction.
