Returns

Return Window

• Customers may request a return within 15 days of delivery for all products.
• Return requests after 15 days will not be accepted.

Defective or Damaged Products

• Manufacturing defects or transit damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery for verification.
• Verified defective or damaged products qualify for free return shipping (₹0).

Non-Defective Products

Non-defective products are eligible for return within 15 days, provided they are:

• Unused
• In original condition
• Returned with original packaging and all accessories

Return shipping for non-defective products will be borne by the customer.

Inspection & Approval

• All returned products are subject to inspection upon receipt.
• Products damaged due to misuse, improper installation, missing accessories, or altered serial numbers are not eligible for return.
• Customers must contact Visual Media System to initiate a return before shipping the product back.

Refunds & Replacements

• Approved refunds or replacements will be processed within 7 working days after inspection.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
• Refunds cover the product purchase value only. Original shipping or handling charges (if any) are non-refundable, except in cases of verified defective or damaged products.
• If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be provided.

Undelivered Shipments

• Orders returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or refusal are not treated as returns.
• Re-shipping will be arranged at the customer's cost.
